"So am just sharing my experience with this office I had recently I moved here in 23 and got state farm insurance for home and auto along with all the necessary that comes with auto insurance roadside assistance and everything else, my car broke down on the road one day and I did everything I could to get it started but it wouldn't so the next day I called the insurance company and ask for roadside assistance in getting the car towed, to which they did, on another occasion I was driving on goose creek road when some work materials fell from a vehicle that never stopped to pick it up so about 4 cars mine included got damaged that evening from someone's negligence so again I had to use roadside assistance because then again thats the service I pay for, and made a claim to get my wheels fixed. After the repairs was done that came up to about 1800 roughly and I paid my 500 deductible I got a letter from state farm stating that because I used roadside assistance and made a claim they are dropping me from their insurance, like seriously what are we even paying insurance for and paying for roadside assistance if when utilize we are penalized, they then went on to give me a date that the insurance would be dropped and I needed to find auto coverage which I did, I called the office to inform them that I found coverage and they needed to cancel the auto policy to my surprise the lady that answered the phone not only cancel my homeowners insurance but only cancelled one of the cars and I think this is just retaliation but why retaliate when you are the ones who want to cancel because people are using the services that they pay for. Insurance is just one whole scam. Just to update since my last time the office manager Anna reached out to me in regards to my canceled policy she did apologize for the misunderstanding and the cancelation of my homeowners insurance which was reinstated even tho am grateful and thankful for that I had still wished I could have kept my auto and home insurance in one place but am glad that the office reached out and corrected an error and I hope that someday soon I'll be able to have all my services in one place. Kudos to Anna for doing right by me thank you."
